What countries do you ship to?

We ship everywhere around the world.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping rate for your order is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the size of your order and the country. Most international shipments start at around $5 and increase accordingly.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping usually takes around 14 business days although in some cases the shipment may arrive as early as 7 business days.  In should be noted that depending on your country, your package may be subjected to custom inspections and this may cause a slight delay. This varies from country to country so there is no way of knowing the exact time for this. However, once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number so you’ll know exactly where your package is.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Depending on your country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address and you will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Royal Miswak has no control over these charges and since these charges are different for different countries, Royal Miswak cannot predict their amount. You may contact your local customs office for further information.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once you place your order on our website, you should be directed to your order conformation page with all your order details. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details (usually withing minutes). If you do not receive an email from Royal Miswak then please check your Spam Folder or contact us on info@royalmiswak.com before your attempt to place another order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include all your tracking details. If you did not receive an email from Royal Miswak then please check your Spam Folder or contact us on info@royalmiswak.com for further assistance.

Unfortunately, if you are ordering from United States, Canada, or Australia, the local post at those countries do not update the tracking information once the package arrives. The tracking number in this case is still useful to know that the shipment has indeed been shipped out and also as a reference when inquiring about your package at the local post office.

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived yet?

Sometimes a package make take longer than 14 business days to arrive. In most cases, this is due to a customs inspection in your country. However, if the package hasn't arrived within 20 business days, we recommend the following steps to help expedite the process:

1) Check the tracking number by clicking the tracking link sent in the shipping confirmation email. This should give you the current status of the package. If you are ordering from United States, Canada, or Australia, your local post office will not update the package once it arrives, so you can move directly to the next step.

2) Contact your local post office and inquire about the package. You may use the tracking number as a reference. This step is important for the following reasons:
- The package may have already arrived at your local post office's sorting facility and is just waiting clearance, so your inquiry will speed up the process.
- The post office may have attempted to deliver the package to you or contact you but were unable, so the package is just waiting to be picked up or another delivery arranged.
- There was an error on the delivery address so your inquiry will correct this.

3) If you have followed the above steps and you still have not received your package then please contact us on info@royalmiswak.com or simply reply to your shipping confirmation email so that one of our team may assist you.

What is your refunds and returns policy?

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you can return any of your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original condition, or request a refund.In the unlikely event an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you without offering a refund. Shipping costs for the delivery of your parcel will not be included in your refund.

How do I request a return or refund?

You may request a return or refund on info@royalmiswak.com and inform us of the circumstances so that we may assist you accordingly.

How can avoid mold growth on my miswak?

As with all organic products, keeping a miswak in a damp and air-tight environment will lead to mold growth. Therefore, it should be noted that the tube is meant to preserve the quality of the miswak before it is opened and not to be used as a carrying case. If you wish to use the tube as a carrying case we only recommend doing so for temporary periods and only if the miswak is completely dry. You may either let the miswak dry, cut off the wet tip, or simply use the tube without closing the cap.

On another note, to get the best performance out of your miswak, you should keep it out so it may breathe. This will ensure that remains as clean fresh as possible and even start to develop a sweetness to its taste.

What do I do if my miswak has mold on it?

The mold is actually completely harmless. So if the mold has only formed on the surface of the miswak, you can simply wash it off and continue using your miswak. However, if the mold has started to grow deep into the miswak, then we recommend cutting the moldy portion off or just throwing the miswak away.

I supported your Crowdfunding campaign on Launchgood. How do I claim my rewards?

Those who supported our crowdfunding campaign on Launchgood.com were rewarded with a Lifetime 20% Discount as well as a Gift Card for our online store equivalent to the amount they donated.  These were automatically sent to the email you used to make the donation when our Online store was launched in March 2018. If you have not received your Lifetime Discount Code as well as your Gift Card, please check your Email Inbox and Junk folder.
